SCIPP is part of the Scott City, MO. Kiwanis Club.

We are dedicated to sponsoring events through-out the year to help promote fun, sharing,
and community awareness. Our programs range from ones
designed for children, some for our seniors, and some for everyone to enjoy.

In Memory of Anne Smith
Anne Smith was a dedicated pillar of the community.
She supported the youth in Scott City to give them a better quality
of life by helping to start the SCIPP Program.
